I think that it’s important to start this with a confession. I am a Weight Watchers drop out. I have started the program and after a few months have left several (four) times. Everytime that I have quit I’ve blamed it on my love of food and cooking. Ironic since Weight Watchers is all about food and encourages cooking. All of the recipes on this blog are my attempt to make great food that fits in with the Weight Watchers Points + program.
